Daiwa 25 Caldia FC LT 2000S

The new Caldia retains the qualities that made it popular and takes them to a new level: exceptional lightness, excellent workmanship and, last but not least, an elegant design. The body remains a monocoque made of ZAION V material, but all the technological innovations based on the AIRDRIVE DESIGN design concept have been integrated into it. This was first introduced in the top model 22EXIST and has gradually spread to other lines. The Caldia now comes with improvements to the rotor, spool, shifter and bell. The ATD-L drag has also undergone changes - it is extremely smooth when dampening the first attacks of the fish, but at the same time it gradually becomes stronger and effectively brakes escapes. The 5000 versions, which are newly added sizes in this series, have an even more powerful drag – ATD Tough with carbon discs, which is designed to tackle large and strong catches, and a "powerhandle".

Equipment:

The FC 1000S and FC 2000S sizes are equipped with an I-shaped handle end, sizes 2500 to 5000-C are equipped with a T-shaped handle end.

The FC (Finesse Custom) models are made as light as possible thanks to smaller body dimensions and the use of lightweight components, such as an ultra-light aluminum handle with an I-shaped end. They are characterized by perfect balance with light rods and lines.
