2. Prices

Our prices includes the current czech value added tax (19% and 9%). Customers from EC countries with an intracommunautary VAT-number, as well as customers outside the EC countries, do not have to pay the VAT and can
substract the value added tax from the product prices. For this case, we recommend to register (without obligation), then the czech VAT will be automatically substracted in the whole Shop. All the product prices are exclusif the shipping costs. You will find informations about the shipping costs Here.
For deliveries in Non-EU-Countries: The duty costs are included in our prices (no hidden costs). Our prices include the czech value-added tax. All prices are without engagement and can be changed any time. Errors excepted and subject to change without prior notice. Neither rights nor duties can be derived from error oder changements .

3. Warranty

The legal warranty period dues to 2 years and begins at the delivery of the goods. This warranty does not include invalid wear or improper use.

4. Minimum order value

Please accept our minimum order value of 20.00 Euro.

5. Methods of Payment

* moneyorder (prepayment).Please note that we leave a surcharge of 3,5% for this method of payment. This surcharge will be automatically integrated in the amount to pay if you choose this method of payment.

6. Conditions of Delivery

In general we deliver within one or two week after your order or after receipt of payment (duration of shipping depends on the country). We will inform you immediately if an article is momentary out of stock. We will forward it as soon as possible, if desired. This does not apply if an article is unavailable.
6.1. Delivery inside Czech
Our goods will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please make sure that somebody is at home or let us know an appropriate address for delivery (neighbour, your office etc.) You will find statements about shipping costs Here.
6.2. Delivery in foreign countries

7. Return policy and consequense

We charge a fee of 25 euros by taking legal action if you don?t accept the ordered items at delivery, or if you don't pay a C.O.D. order.
You have the right to return the goods within 2 weeks without further notice. The period starts at the receipt of the goods. Please return good within this time. Returned goods will only be accepted in undamaged original packing, except that goods are defective. From a tillage value from Euro 100,00 on, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. This is applicable only for returned goods within Czech Rep.. Customers from foreign countries will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Before you send back the ware, we ask you to report to us per e-mail, telephone, or in text form, so that we can inform you about the picking up of the ware, or about the cheapest way of return. Please visit your account history for any Returns.
Note: We don't accept any unfree returned deliveries. The account amount is reimbursed with return, or is settled with another article. For damaged or used ware, we are justifiable to put forward claims.

8. Privacy

RYBASHOP FISHING TACKLE is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its customers while providing the highest possible quality of service.
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Da ta Protection Act 1998, and will not pass on any customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on our site (as they are on any other shopping site). They are needed to allow us to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. Without this our store simply would not work. When you order online your email address will be added to our mailing list, from which we inform our customers about latest products and special offers. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.
